Drainage

Water can be one of the most damaging forces on your outdoor spaces and even your home itself. In addition, whether or not you’re protected is mostly the task of the homeowner. Along with recently passed regulation involving impervious coverage, many towns are requiring homeowners to manage their own surface water through seepage tank systems.

Fortunately for you, we’re here to help. Cashman Landscape Management and Design can help to alleviate and protect your home and outdoor living areas from water damage with our top of the line drainage installation.

Seepage system design from Cashman is designed to properly and effectively dispose of surface water from a dwelling or an area widely used by the client. This is done by diverting water using piping from leader drains or creating French drains (trenches filled with gravel and rock alongside a perforated pipe) into a seepage tank. This service has become a necessity for close to every landscaping project we undertake, giving our team an in-depth knowledge of drainage system and seepage tank installation, operation, and maintenance.

We understand that a landscaping company may not be the first people you think of for drainage installation, but our vast experience in seepage tanks sets us apart from the everyday contractor. At Cashman, we set all of our own tanks, and work closely with our engineering teams in order to design them for optimal performance.
