Project Description: Our client approached us to provide them with landscape design services to transform their front yard in 2018. There was a significant drainage issue and the house lacked the dramatic curb appeal that it deserved. The front yard renovation included a stone retaining wall, bluestone walkway, courtyard, sophisticated drainage system design, formal plantings and lighting.
Upon the completion of the front yard, we began the design for the rear yard. We started by removing almost everything in the backyard except for the pool itself. We worked with our trusted professionals to run all new utilities throughout the rear yard. At this point, our team begain installing new patios and walkways, retaining walls, water features, custom wood burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen and bar, custom carpentry features, masonry driveway entry piers, cobblestone and asphalt driveway, sophisticated drainage system, naturalistic styled plantings, and low voltage lighting.
Project Scope of Work: Gunite pool, pavers, boulder retaining walls, bluestone steps, natural and cultured stone veneered walls, wood burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen and bar, custom lattice screen, water features, pea gravel seating areas, outdoor dining terrace, new utilities, fencing, sod lawn, planting urn, plantings, low voltage lighting
